These filters are designed for applications with no p-trap or where a little extra filtering is a must. We’ve had many satisfied campsite owners with this product!
The Powerhog is active, as opposed to passive. The Powerhog has a small fan in the cap portion which draws the odors up and out of the septic system through the Odorhog. The fan extracts 680 cubic feet of H2S per hour, under normal working conditions.
Choose your Odorhog according to your vent pipe outside diameter.
No tools or glue needed to install. It just slips right on the vent pipe on the roof.
* Every plumbing vent on the roof must have a filter in order to eliminate the septic odor.
* Our roof vent filters will not cure indoor plumbing odors.
What Style do I need?
- Black plastic pipe? Choose ABS.
- White or grey plastic pipe? Choose PVC.
- Cast Iron, aluminum, something else? Choose a Clamp-On.
